These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peckish mobile app and related services operated by Peckish ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Peckish, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Peckish helps you save and organise restaurants, including by importing details from Instagram links you choose to share. Features may change as we improve the product.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Abuse, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits or authentication.
Use Peckish for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
Upload malicious content or interfere with the service's operation.
Misrepresent extracted restaurant information as guaranteed accurate.

Third-party content

Instagram, Google Maps, and other third-party services have their own terms. Peckish is not affiliated with Meta, Google, or Instagram. Links and parsed content from social posts are provided for your convenience; we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy.

Intellectual property

Peckish and its branding are our property. You retain ownership of content you save. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer

Peckish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Restaurant details, hours, and locations may be incorrect or outdated. Always verify before visiting or booking.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Peckish.

Termination

You may stop using Peckish at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
